THE SPICY SHARK TIGER SHARK
Tiger shark has an interesting flavor profile. Pineapple makes the first appearance, with orange juice and a hint of lime to follow. Like a shark, you won’t know this sauce is sneaking up on you until the bite! This bad boy has a serious heat but that heat is backed up by equally serious flavor. The habanero blends well with the other fruit flavors, but the ghost pepper quietly builds in the background and bites hard when you least expect it! Like a shark, it recedes gracefully with an herbal linger from thyme and tarragon.
Breakdown: Awesome Sauce. Seriously, the heat on this one is fully justified by the flavor. I’m excited for the rest of their lineup. This one is NOT for the casual hot sauce user.

THE SPICY SHARK THRESHER SHARK
Thresher Shark is a sweet and smoky smelling hot sauce that reminds me of a tangy BBQ. The first taste is of brown sugar, habanero and apple cider vinegar. There is another flavor that is hard to place, but the aftertaste is smoky with a familiar linger. The second taste reveals the hidden flavor as coffee! A bit of liquid smoke is present on this bite, and it blends into the chipotle peppers with a hint of chocolate. The coffee and chocolate linger with a great heat on the tongue. This hot sauce is very moderate in heat, approachable for all enthusiasts. It has a fantastic BBQ flavor to it, like smoked apple wood, with great use of herbs. This is a truly unique take on a chipotle hot sauce.
Breakdown: Everyone knows I’m not much of a chipotle fan. It’s not a unique idea, and everyone has done it. The Spicy Shark KILLS it with this one, putting chipotle in the back seat, and throwing the cold brewed coffee up front for a taste bud frenzy. I don’t know what to eat this on. Eat it on everything.

THE SPICY SHARK
NURSE SHARK
Nurse Shark is a unique jalapeño sauce. It starts with the grassy and ever so slightly sweet smell of a freshly cut lawn. The first bite is almost overwhelming with flavors, but cantaloupe and tomatillo make it to the front for an interesting sweet and tangy combination. The jalapeño and poblano flavors gently creep in to round out the flavor with an earthy note. On the second bite, lime and ginger are noticeable
first, but give way to a bit of garlic and onion as it’s savored, rounding out to a surprising hint of mint on the linger. This hot sauce is a bit thicker and has a silky feel to it, making it easy to pour or spread on any meal. The complexity of the flavors makes for a challenging review, but these flavors create a marvelous profile when combined, and help to make this sauce approachable for heat enthusiasts of all levels.
Breakdown: There is a lot going on with this one, but it really blends well and is a great heat level for all people. This can replace any jalapeño sauce and is incredible on eggs and tacos.
